2017 TRAINING PRESENTATIONS
On March 15, 2017, Optum and Altarum Institute hosted a Virtual Introduction to inform Providers about the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), introduce the Readiness Assessment Tool, and explain the credentialing process.
The Readiness Assessment Tool can be accessed here. This tool is a required element to becoming an in-network provider for IOP. It should take approximately two hours to gather the information and complete.
